Privacy policy

This page explains what information EngePayments collects through engepayments.com, what it's used for, and what it isn't used for. If anything here is unclear, call or email me directly — contact details are at the bottom of this page.

What I collect

When you submit the contact form, I collect the information you enter: name, business name, city, phone number, email address, current processor (if you provide it), and whatever you write in the message field. I don't collect payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or processing statements through this site — if you want to send me a statement, email it to me directly.

How it's used

I use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, and, if we move forward, to set up your account. I don't use it for anything beyond that.

How it's handled

The contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form service that delivers your submission to my email inbox. Web3Forms has its own privacy practices, which you can review on their site. I don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics of any kind. If that changes — for example, adding cookieless traffic analytics — this page will be updated to reflect it.
